our process:
once we receive your enquiry, we will contact you via email outlining any questions we have or further information we need
we will then create a personalised proposal tailored to your floral needs and budget alongside a detailed quote.
once you have approved the proposal, we will send through a 25% deposit invoice and contract documents to confirm your wedding date.
when the deposit and signed contract have been received, we are officially booked for your day!
closer to your day, we will confirm the final details (ie timing etc) and provide your balance invoice - we are always happy to chat back and forth if you have any questions or queries!
to allow us to continue to create at the high standard we have set for ourselves and our team, we have a minimum spend of $3000.00 + gst.
